Star kids taking up acting in South films is not new. Many stars from the present generation have filmi background and now yet another star kid is ready to don grease paint. Well, it is none other than Prince Mahesh Babu's son Gautham Krishna.Grapevine is abuzz with the news that Mahesh Babu's seven-year-old son is set to make his acting debut as a child artist. Director Sukumar is the man behind the idea and is trying his best to make it possible. It has to be noted that the Dookudu star made his debut in his father Krishna's film Needa in 1979.
If everything goes as planned, Gautham Krishna will be doing the role of the young Mahesh Babu in the forthcoming Telugu film. The star kid will be undergoing a screen test soon. However, Namrata Shirodkar, the wife of Mahesh Babu, has neither denied nor admitted the news. All she said was that the makers of the movie are in talks but nothing is confirmed yet.
