Movies on gang wars and under world will always raise curiosity levels among the audience. And RGV is one such director who has mastered in making those crime thrillers with gripping screenplay. To name a few 'Shiva', ‘Satya’, 'Company' and 'D' are the films that have catapulted RGV to stardom. And to continue that trend RGV is coming up with 'Satya 2' the sequel to 1998 crime thriller 'Satya'.'Satya' is the story of a guy who came to Mumbai in 1997 who mends his ways to the conditions of the underworld. While, 'Satya 2' is the story of a young guy who has the strong intention to re-establish mafia in Mumbai within four days. The teaser of 'Satya 2' was screened along with 'The Attacks of 26/11' and received good response. On the other side, going by the trailer, RGV's 'Satya 2' story line is striking similarities to his protégé Puri Jagannadh's 'Businessman' starring Mahesh Babu.
'Businessman' released in 2012 revolves around a tough guy named Surya bhai who has the intention to reinvent mafia and legalize it throughout the country. With 'Satya 2' plot in line with 'Businessman's it remains to be seen who has inspired from whom.
