Prince Mahesh Babu, who is busy with his assignments, has not even seen Iddarammayilatho film. But he has close connection with the film. Here the story is, director Puri Jagannadh, who made Iddarammayilatho story ready five years back, had roped in Allu Arjun for the film. The project was confirmed with Allu arjun more than three years back. In the span of three years, Puri Jagannadh had made successful films with Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan.
During the shooting of Mahesh Babu starrer 'Businessman', Puri Jagannadh had shared the story of 'Iddarammayilatho' with Mahesh Babu and also told that he zeroed in Allu Arjun for the film. Mahesh Babu, who was impressed with the storyline, immediately he said that Bunny's selection was a right choice for the film and it would be a blockbuster hit. During an Interview, Puri Jagannadh revealed relation of Mahesh Babu with the film.
