Vishnu Vardhan Biography

Vishnu Manchu (born November 23, 1979), the eldest son of Dr. Mohan Babu & Nirmala Devi, is an actor, producer and CEO of MBC (Mohan Babu Corporation) living and working in Hyderabad, India. His film, Dhee, was one of the most successful Telugu film in 2007. Vishnu is married to Ms. Veronica Reddy, the niece of Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, the late Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh,. The actor sponsor’s the ICL Indian Cricket League team, the Hyderabad Heroes.

Vishnu was born in Chennai , Tamil Nadu, India. His mother is Smt. Nirmala Devi Manchu , and his father is the eminent actor, politician, and educator, Dr.M.Mohan Babu. Vishnu’s first role in front of the camera came at the age of four when he appeared in “Ragile Gundelu” in 1985. The actor says he knew from the start that performing on the silver screen would always be his first love. Vishnu’s older sister, Lakshmi, is an actress in Hollywood, California, and a producer of South Indian films in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. His younger brother, Manoj, is also an actor in both the Telugu and Tamil cinema (Kollywood). After graduating from Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College with his B.Tech in Computer Science and Information Technologies, Vishnu then migrated to Los Angeles, California, where he took several courses in film acting and direction. While there, he studied martial arts.

Vishnu Vardhan Filmography

Having studied his craft through teachers and under the critical eye of his father, Vishnu broke into the leading man world in the self-titled film, “Vishnu” in 2003, directed by Malayalam Action Film Director, Shaji Kailas. A picture per year has followed and in the year 2007, his film “Dhee” . His film, “Saleem” was shot on locations throughout Europe, India, and Thailand. His current movie Vastaadu Naa Raaju is being shot and is slated for release in January 2011.

Vishnu has produced two films as well; “Yamajaathakudu” in 1999 and “Sri” in 2005. Having an interest in special effects, he also worked as an SPFX supervisor on “Vishnu” and as the SPFX foreman on “Sri”.

As the CEO of MBC, Vishnu Manchu oversees several child companies: Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures, ThinkSmart, and 24 Frames Factory. Vishnu is also the CEO of SVET (Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Trust), a university chain of five colleges and nearly 10,000 students.

Venkatesh Biography

Daggubati Venkatesh is an Indian film actor who stars in Tollywood films. He is the son of Telugu veteran producer D. Rama Naidu. He is popularly called as Victory Venkatesh in Tollywood.

Venkatesh graduated with an MBA degree from Monterey Institute of International Studies, USA. After his return to India, he wanted to get into production. He became an actor in telugu films. His father, D. Rama Naidu and his brother D.Suresh Babu successfully runs one of the most prestigious banners in Telugu Cinema, Suresh Productions. He is married to Neeraja and has a son Arjun Ramnath and three daughters, Ashritha, Hayavahini and Bhavana. His sister, Lakshmi was previously married to rival actor, Akkineni Nagarjuna.

Venkatesh debuted through Kaliyuga Pandavulu in the year 1986. The movie was not only a hit but also got him his first Nandi award, which is a rare accomplishment for an actor who has just completed his debut film. At an early phase of his career, Venkatesh got to work with Kasinadhuni Viswanath, who is considered a great classical director. Just two years old as an actor, Venkatesh acted in Swarnakamalam directed by Kasinadhuni Viswanath. The movie got him his second Nandi.

Varasudochadu, released in the same year, was another trophy. After a few flops, he got a break in the form of Bobbili Raja. Added to the name and performance of Venkatesh was delightful Divya Bharati, good comedy and melodious music. Bobbili Raja was a musical hit and also entertained audience from all sections because of it's ingredients. In Shathruvu, Venkatesh played angry young lawyer who takes law into his hands after failing to fight the corruption through the court.

Venkatesh has also worked with famed Bollywood director (originally Telugu) Ram Gopal Varma in the film Kshana Kshanam, although it was not a success at the box office. Chanti, a remake of Tamil movie Chinna Tambi, happened in 1991. Chanti was definitely a challenging project for Venkatesh. Chanti was a box office hit and Venkatesh's career benefitted hugely by it. Starting with Chanti, he went for continuous remakes - that got him branded as a "remake actor". Anari was the remake of Chanti in Bollywood's Hindi cinema. Varun Sandesh Biography

Varun Sandesh Jeedigunta is a south Indian actor and singer who started his film career through Sekhar Kammula's film Happy Days. He was the youngest actor in that film (aged 19) when he was chosen to do the lead role of Chandu. He hails from a Telugu family from New Jersey, USA.

Varun is the grandson of famous Telugu writer Ramachandra Murthy, who worked for All India Radio for 28 years in Hyderabad, a well recognized voice through out AP during 1972 - 2000. The Telugu film producer "Dil" Raju had signed Sandesh for his movie Kotha Bangaru Lokam before his debut movie Happy Days was released. Incidentally, Raju distributed Happy Days in all of Andhra Pradesh and the movie became a blockbuster. Kotha Bangaru Lokam, which was released on 9 October 2008, also drew full houses and was declared a blockbuster. Sandesh's third film was produced by the South Indian Film Production house AVM and is titled Evaraina Epudaina (Premalo Padocchu) . He also sang a song in Evaraina Epudaina and Maro Charitra.
